STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms and Conditions of Bader Academy:

1. Registration and Payment:

   • Trainees must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
   • Registration and course reservation are confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
   • Registration is not considered final until the payment is successfully processed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

   • If a trainee wishes to cancel their registration before the course starts with less than two weeks' notice, a 50% refund will be provided.
   • No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced.
   • Trainees may be transferred to another course based on availability and management approval.

3. Intellectual Property:

   • All intellectual property rights for the training materials provided during the courses are reserved for Bader Academy.
   • Distribution or reproduction of the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the management is strictly prohibited.

4. Conduct and Behavior:

   • All trainees are expected to act with high ethical standards and respect others, trainers, and staff.
   • Bader Academy reserves the right to take disciplinary actions against any trainee who violates the code of conduct.

5. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions:

   • Bader Academy reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the courses based on evolving circumstances and needs without prior notice.

6. Laws and Regulations:

   • Trainees must comply with all local and international laws and regulations while on the academy premises
