Bader Training Academy is committed to promoting and instilling a culture of academic integrity as a fundamental pillar of the educational and training process. This commitment stems from the Academy’s belief in the importance of ethical values aligned with Islamic principles, aiming to build a generation that is responsible, honest, and ethically aware.

The Academy applies clear policies and procedures that govern the behavior of all individuals within the training environment, including trainees, trainers, and administrative staff.

Objectives of the Academic Integrity Policy

  • Promote ethical behavior within the learning environment.

  • Raise awareness of the risks of cheating and plagiarism.

  • Foster an educational environment that respects individual effort and independent thinking.

  • Ensure fairness in evaluation and equal opportunities for all trainees.

Forms of Academic Misconduct

  • Cheating: Using or transmitting any content or training material without permission during assessments or assignments.

  • Plagiarism: Submitting someone else’s work as one's own without proper citation.

  • Fraud and Fabrication: Providing false information or excuses (e.g., fake medical certificates), or altering results to affect evaluation.

  • Misuse of Collaboration: Assigning individual tasks to others or overly depending on group members in shared assignments.

  • Identity Misrepresentation: Taking an exam or submitting assignments on behalf of another person or allowing someone else to do so on your behalf.

Disciplinary Actions for Violations

  • Temporary suspension of the account and access to the platform.

  • Cancellation of course or exam results in the event of proven cheating.

  • Suspension of all academic achievements on the platform.

  • Preparation of an official report detailing the case and supporting evidence.

  • Notifying the trainee of the action to be taken while maintaining full confidentiality.

Monitoring and Verification Mechanisms

Bader Training Academy relies on advanced digital systems to ensure academic integrity, including:

  • Tracking trainee logins and recording electronic attendance.

  • Using GPS to verify login locations.

  • Monitoring connection data to ensure proper use of accounts.

  • Restricting assignments and exams with time limits and password protection.

  • Analyzing user behavior on the platform to detect suspicious activities.

Examination Management

  • Trainees are allowed to enter the exam room 30 minutes before the exam starts.

  • Leaving the room is not permitted before half of the allocated time has passed.

  • Use of mobile phones or electronic devices is strictly prohibited in the exam hall.

  • If a violation is detected, the trainee must immediately surrender their device, and a formal report will be filed.

  • Cases are investigated based on a standardized protocol by a designated committee.

Attendance and Absence Policy

  • Trainee attendance is recorded electronically for each training activity.

  • Absences are tracked precisely. If a trainee exceeds 25% absence of total program hours, they will be denied access to the final exam.

  • If a trainee misses an exam without submitting an officially accepted excuse, they will be considered to have failed the course.
