These terms and conditions are an integral part of the relationship between the Academy and its trainees, ensuring that the training process aligns with applicable regulations and approved guidelines.
1. General Regulations
As part of its commitment to delivering a comprehensive and well-organized training experience, Bader Training Academy requires all trainees to adhere to the following regulations:

Compliance: Trainees must abide by all policies and regulations issued by the Academy.

Tuition Fees: Tuition fees must be paid by the specified deadlines. The Academy reserves the right to cancel enrollment in case of late payment.

Data Accuracy: The trainee confirms the accuracy of all submitted information and bears full legal responsibility for it.

Data Updates: If contact information changes, the trainee must update it immediately. The Academy is not responsible for missed notifications due to outdated data.

Examination Eligibility: All fees must be paid in full before participating in exams or requesting course deferral.

Exam and Certificate Fees:

Final computer-based exam: SAR 57.5

Issuance of completion certificate: SAR 57.5

Exam Attempts: Trainees are allowed up to three attempts for the final exam within a period not exceeding twice the course duration.

Requalification: If attempts are exhausted or 30 days pass after course completion, the trainee must pay 50% of the course fee to requalify.

Retake Fee: 35% of the course fee if more than 30 days have passed since failing.

Grade Improvement: Trainees may pay SAR 575 to retake and improve their results.

Certificate Data Correction / Replacement: SAR 57.5, with return of the original certificate if available.

Automatic Enrollment: Trainees will be automatically enrolled in subsequent programs unless a deferral request is submitted in advance.

Exam Scheduling: Exams are scheduled by the relevant authorities or Academy management and are not subject to appeal.
2. Attendance, Postponement, and Withdrawal

Attendance Requirement: Trainees must attend at least 75% of the course hours.

Absence: If a trainee is absent for more than 25% of the course, they will be considered unsuccessful and must retake the course.

Postponement: A deferral request must be submitted before the course begins. Each trainee is allowed to postpone only one course.

Withdrawal:

Withdrawal is not permitted after the course has started.

If withdrawal occurs at least 72 hours before the course begins, 50% of the paid fees will be refunded.

No refund will be issued if withdrawal takes place less than 72 hours before the course starts.

Exceptional Cases: Special cases may be considered at the discretion of the Academy's management.
3. Registration and Payment

Registration: Course registration is done exclusively through the official website of the Academy.

Payment Methods: Include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or any electronic payment method approved by the Academy.

Payment Confirmation: Proof of payment (receipt) must be submitted to confirm enrollment.

Non-payment: Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

Promotional Offers: Discounts and promotions are time-limited and cannot be applied retroactively after payment.
4. Content and Intellectual Property

Copyright: All training materials are the property of Bader Academy and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

Modifications: The Academy reserves the right to update or modify course content without prior notice.

Personal Use: Content is provided for personal educational use only and must not be shared or used for commercial purposes.

Feedback and Evaluations: All trainee feedback is used to improve service quality and will not be published without consent.
5. General Provisions
