Bader Technology Center is committed to supervising the educational and training process continuously and ensuring the quality of e-learning. Bader provides a supervisory team for the educational process 24/7 throughout the week.

Supervisory Team Mission

To provide consultations and technical solutions that facilitate the delivery of training courses and communication between trainers and trainees. Additionally, to ensure the quality of e-learning.

Communication Policy with the Trainer in the Course

  • The user is committed to following the trainer's explanation, and if there are any inquiries, they should be sent through the message box to the trainer, who will respond within 72 hours at most.

  • The user is prohibited from communicating with the trainer outside of the training course. Any violation of this policy will automatically cancel the registration without any compensation for the user.

  • The user is prohibited from asking the trainer questions outside the scope of the training course. All questions should be related to the course content.

Supervisory Team Roles and Responsibilities

1 Supervisor Supervise site procedures / general supervision of the training process, guidance, and coaching for all parties involved in the educational process. Conduct follow-up and evaluate the performance of trainers and students.
2 Manager Monitor and solve beneficiaries' issues, coordinate with trainers and trainees, communicate with all parties, and provide appropriate support.
3 Technical Support Officer Develop the strategy for trainers' workflows and training courses.
4 General Coordinator Set training plans, programs, and their axes, and develop the strategy for trainers' workflows and training courses.
5 Training Consultant Manage the processes of ensuring and monitoring the quality of program implementation. Directly implement measures to prevent quality issues during the training process.
6 Quality Control Officer Generate impact measurement reports and reports on trainer and trainee satisfaction with overall results, and provide recommendations.
7 Reporting Officer Prepare reports on the training impact and satisfaction of both trainers and trainees with the overall results, and provide recommendations.
