E-Learning Attendance Policy

The attendance policy at the Bader Technology Training Center aims to clarify the regulatory procedures for synchronous online attendance. Synchronous online attendance refers to virtual attendance in virtual classrooms, and to ensure trainees' actual attendance at the course. These regulatory policies and procedures have been developed for synchronous online attendance, as follows:

• Online participation via virtual courses is equivalent to regular attendance.
• Attendance hours in synchronous virtual classes are guaranteed at a minimum of 25% of the program/course hours when training is delivered asynchronously online in programs lasting longer than one month.
• For blended learning (either virtual or traditional) in programs lasting longer than one month, live attendance hours are guaranteed through synchronous virtual courses amounting to at least 25% of the program hours.
• Each individual must commit to participating in accordance with the training program plan.
• Trainees must complete at least 80% of the hours required for the program they are enrolled in.

This attendance policy applies to all trainees registered at the Bader Technology Training Center. We are committed to ensuring that this policy is implemented and adhered to by all Center employees. Any violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action in accordance with the Center's procedures.
